As a practitioner I focus on developing a wide range of skills from martial arts, yoga, arm balances, acrobatics and dancing to move the best way as possible.
As a by product, it develops strength, flexibility, discipline, balance, mindfulness, playfulness.
I teach group session and 1-1.
